End-User License Agreement

By installing, downloading, or using CrateIQ™, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Acceptable Use & Copyright Compliance

CrateIQ™ is a utility software application designed to assist DJs in managing, analyzing, and organizing locally stored audio files, and providing media extraction capabilities for royalty-free and user-owned content.

1.1. User Responsibility: You, the User, are solely responsible for all audio files, media, and data downloaded, processed, or managed using CrateIQ™. You agree that you will only use the downloading and media extraction features of CrateIQ™ to download content for which you have explicit legal authorization, own the copyright, or that exists in the public domain.

1.2. Prohibition of Piracy: You explicitly agree NOT to use CrateIQ™ to download, rip, distribute, or pirate copyrighted music, audio, or media without the express written consent of the rights holder.

2. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Aarya Technologies LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of this software.

3. Data Telemetry & Anti-Tamper Security

To validate software licenses and maintain trial security, CrateIQ records an anonymized hardware identifier, IP address, and acceptance timestamp. Modifying, reverse engineering, or tampering with the software license validation mechanism is strictly prohibited.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aarya Technologies LLC for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses relating to or arising out of your violation of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations (including copyright law).
