End-User License Agreement

By installing and using CrateIQ™, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• No Warranty: CrateIQ™ modifies crates and library data. You are solely responsible for keeping backups of your Serato library.
• Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for legally obtaining and downloading the songs used within this software, and you agree to adhere to all applicable copyright and intellectual property laws regarding their usage.
• Data Telemetry: To validate software licenses, we record a unique machine identifier, your IP address, and consent timestamp.
• License Terms: The PRO features are licensed per-machine. Tampering with the license mechanism is strictly prohibited and will void your trial or license.
