The CrateIQ™ software, including its original content, features, and functionality, are owned by Aarya Technologies LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

4. Disclaimers

CrateIQ™ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. Aarya Technologies LLC is not responsible for any data loss, including Serato library corruption. Users must back up their libraries.
