We only collect telemetry data essential for operating and validating software licenses. This includes a unique anonymized hardware identifier (UUID), your IP address during activation, and license key verification timestamps.

2. Local Data Privacy

Your Serato library, playlists, song titles, audio paths, and metadata remain 100% private on your local machine. CrateIQ never uploads your local audio files or DJ set history to any cloud server.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Payment transactions and subscription management are securely processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy.
